No part of the materials available at this Web site can be published, printed, copied, microfilmed or reproduced by any other medium, without prior written consent of Bloemen in Business.
These conditions are applicable for all deliveries and services of Bloemen in Business while fulfilling orders, except those placed by already existing clients or companies. Other agreements and / or additional agreements must be confirmed in written form by Bloemen in Business; this is also true in case of denial of the written confirmation.

Your satisfaction is very important for us, that is why we ensure that all orders are treated with utmost care and professionalism.
All prices listed at our website do not include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and are in Euros.

Orders must be placed 24 hours before the required delivery time, except deliveries to Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and other countries of the region,  not mentioned here, which are to place orders 48 hours in advance, in order to guarantee a timely delivery for our part.

As long as orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays, your orders will be put off till the first working day. In case of placing an order on Saturday, the delivery will be made on Monday if no other date has been specified, except for the holidays.

Naturally, we always aim at fulfilling your order as represented at our website. What concerns the images represented there, they serve to give you an impression of how a bouquet or a flower basket will look like. As long as some of them are seasonal, we cannot always guarantee the corresponding products but we always do our best to replace them with similar components.
Bloemen in Business reserves the right to decline any received orders on certain grounds, for example, if a name, a bank or an account do not match each other, and if there is a strong doubt concerning the feasibility of a forwarded order.
Companies and Private persons can only use the option of paying via a single tranche confirmation and a credit card.

Claims are to be reported within 5 days upon the delivery date in written form via fax or e-mail.

Products which cannot be returned
* Products which are specially made for the customers according to their own wishes or individually ordered goods, which due to their nature can spoil quickly, or products, the shelf life of which has expired  cannot be returned.
Description of the Guarantee
The warranty is specified in the corresponding law, according to which defective products are in the first instance accepted for exchange or repair.
If a product cannot be repaired or an exchanged product has also been defective, you can return the products and receive a full refund. It is also possible that you retain the products and receive a partial refund. Consult the product documentation for information on the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Applicable law
As agreed with existing clients, legal bodies or special funds, all legal disputes arising from these business relationships, including disputes concerning exchange rates and checks are subject to the jurisdiction of the arbitration court in Zwolle, where the legal body of the seller was registered.
